THE BIG REVEAL – MY NEW CLASSROOM AT MY NEW SCHOOL

September 5, 2015 by teacherideafactory

I am SO behind the eight ball on everything these days, so please excuse my tardy post.  I couldn’t not show you my new digs and link up with my favorite ladies over at Blog Hoppin’ . . . it just took me a bit longer than expected to get my act together.

On that note . . . here’s my new classroom.  It’s a bit of a picture walk today as I just don’t have it in me to blab much more ๐Ÿ™‚  All you alls back in the trenches are probably experiencing a similar feeling right about now.

Carpet Area & Calendar Wall
Writing Wall, Cubbies, & Mailboxes
Student Mailboxes
Numbers made with my awesome new Cricut machine!
Student Bulletin Board & Assistant/Mommy Helper Area
Last year’s class made this cute welcome board for me ๐Ÿ™‚
Reading Nook
The kids spend ALL of their free time in my books this year ๐Ÿ™‚
#ateachersdream
Fun Friday Area
The blue baskets of toys ONLY come out during Fun Friday.
AND . . . you only get to dig into them if all your work is complete ๐Ÿ™‚
Teacher Central
This is my beloved reading group area.
It is my favorite spot in my room ๐Ÿ™‚
White Board Area & AR Library
I am waiting on my new technology.
Until then, my doc cam and projector are on a table at the front of the room.
I can’t wait to get my 70″ BIG SCREEN ๐Ÿ™‚

Alright, so there you have it . . . my new classroom at my new school. I worked all summer moving into this puppy and it finally feels like home.  Thanks for taking the time to visit me today.  I will see you again later this weekend.

Be sure to check out all of the other great rooms over on the Blog Hoppin’ Classroom Linky Party . . . or better yet . . . link up your digs ๐Ÿ™‚

Your classroom looks great!! Love it all especially your grand-slam bulletin board. Ps. You have great floors…a big difference from carpet.
    Have a great school year!!

Nina!!! Thanks for dropping in . . . I hope things are going well for you this year. Not having carpet has been awesome. We already had a paint incident this year and it was no big deal . . . #teacherwin!

Awesome room. Jealous of your book display shelf in your reading nook! Wish I had one that big! Love your "kinds of sentences" on your calendar wall. Is that a purchased set?
