Oh my word friends . . . so excited for the Super Bowl next weekend. Although my beloved Manning didn’t make it into the BIG GAME this year (am still recovering from this loss), I am lucky enough to get the next best thing. Cali is representing . . . BOOM!! Okay, so truth be told, I bet against them in my playoff pool and now I am out of the running. However, if I have to be WAY out of the $$$$, I’m glad it was the Niners who knocked me out.

I also have this fun football-themed freebie up for grabs. I used it at the beginning of the year with my firsties for number sense and team building. However, now that we are in January you could use math facts, create odd and even teams, and/or slap tough sight words on ’em instead of numbers . . . the sky is the limit 🙂
I'll be out of my classroom assisting with benchmark testing this week! These activities look GREAT to leave with a sub to keep my room of little guys engaged! Thanks for sharing! =)
